9" by 12" pencil sketch on canvas of the hall of fame race horse trainer Charlie Whittingham. He has won the Kentucky Derby, the Preakness, and the Breeders Cup Classic among other races. And I did this one because I saw a photo of him and saw him in pencils on canvas.
9" by 12" pencil, paste, and pitt pen sketch of two faces of the lion. I did this one partially because it was a challenge and the second because I liked the idea of combining a regular graphite pencil with that of color like the pastels and the pens.

a "9 by 12" pencil sketch of some of the big cats of Africa. It was done a) because I like the big cats and b) I saw the leopard and the cheetah as a challenge being I have not ever drawn them before.
